Avoid complaints about inconstancy by having quality control protocols through out production. Proper quality control needs to be implemented at all levels of production, from sourcing, roasting, to packaging. This will have your customers coming back for more, with as much satisfaction as when they first tried your product. Good QC when working with manual equipment will be far more challenging then on some of the newer automated machines.
